3003 Genesis Custom Bb Trumpet - Now Available!
Introducing the latest from the Getzen ProShop. The all new Custom Series 3003 Genesis Trumpet. The 3003 Genesis is as unique as it is beautiful. From its 3 finish choices and heavy crook bracing, to its interchangeable leadpipe system, the 3003 Genesis truly is a cut above the rest.
The Genesis model is available in -- Clear Lacquer, Bright Silver Plate or 24K Gold Plate. Beaded finish shown in top image is no longer available.
The 3003 Genesis features two very unique developments. First, the innovative interchangeable leadpipe system. Every 3003 Genesis comes with two leadpipes. The "S", or standard leadpipe, is perfect for solo play while the "O", or open leadpipe, offers less resistance and is ideal for jazz players.
Second is the 3003's unique heavy crook bracing. Both the bell crook and ovate tuning slide crook are braced with heavy brass plate. This adds extra mass to the trumpet and allows for a much more centered and even tone. The ovate bend of the tuning slide also adds to the even feel of the trumpet by giving it a freer blow and improved intonation.
