Model 3050S Custom Series "Bb" Trumpet

If a slightly darker tone or freer feel is the desired, the addition of the optional gold brass bell and/or reverse leadpipe will achieve the feel and sound the player needs.

Model 3051 Custom Series "Bb" Trumpet
The 3051 Model is ideal for the jazz player looking for a broad, warm tone from a free feeling trumpet. With a standard gold brass bell and square tuning slide crook, the 3051 Trumpet plays smooth with excellent intonation from low to high. Despite the freeness already present with the 3051, players can select the optional large bore (.462") model if even less resistance and a brighter sound is desired.

Model 3052S Custom Series "Bb" Trumpet
The 3052 Model is a favorite among commercial, big band, and solo players that are searching for a free blowing instrument that still offers quick, articulate response. The combination of the standard reverse leadpipe with a round tuning slide crook and the large bore (.462") creates an excellent, easy blowing feel. The addition of a square crook tuning slide will add slightly more resistance and more ease and stability to the upper register. If a full, darker sound is desired without sacrificing the free feeling of the 3052 the addition of the optional gold brass bell is the perfect solution.

Model 390 Series Trumpet
Getzen 300/400 Series Trumpets have been used by many generations of beginning brass players. Although they are entry level instruments in the Getzen product line 390 and 490 Trumpets are far more than what other manufacturers consider "student line" instruments. Both models feature nickel silver inside slide tubing and hand spun, seamless bells with wire reinforced rims making them durable enough to stand up to the demands of a classroom setting. In addition to the features listed above, 390 Trumpets come standard with nickel silver mouthpipe tubes that prevent corrosion, as well as seamless yellow brass bells. 390 Trumpets are also built around nickel plated, nickel silver pistons that are made to the same quality standards as the top line Getzen instruments.

Model 3916 Custom Series Long Model Piccolo
After years of success in the Eterna Series line, the 916 Piccolo Trumpet has been upgraded and moved into the Getzen Custom Series. This new and improved 3916 Piccolo Trumpet maintains the same great quality of the 916 model with several upgraded and enhanced features. In addition to an all new, 4" copper bell, the 3916 also offers a redesigned mouthpipe and tuning bit configuration. This design change includes a switch to standard trumpet shank tuning bits as well as a completely new mouthpipe tube. Perhaps the biggest improvement is the totally redesigned 3916 valve section. While the same dedication to piston action and durability that Getzen is known for has stayed the same, the overall layout and configuration has changed to ensure a freer blowing instrument that offers excellent intonation. Add this to the fact that the 3916 Piccolo Trumpet is constructed exclusively in the Getzen ProShop and you will see why it has quickly become regarded as the perfect tool for any Baroque literature or specialty music.

Model 940 Eterna Short Model Piccolo
The Eterna 940 (short model) Piccolo has been in the Getzen line for many years. It offers a free-blowing feel with excellent intonation. It is constructed in the Getzen Pro Shop and comes standard with a cornet shank receiver. (A trumpet shank receiver is offered as an option.) The piccolo trumpet is regarded as a dependable tool for Baroque literature and specialty music.

Model 593 Capri Bb Herald Trumpet
The Capri Bb Herald Trumpet combines the big Getzen sound with the visual appeal to add to the pageantry of fanfare groups, marching bands, and festival occasions. The banner rings are spaced at 12" and the overall length of the instrument is 31¼" (without mouthpiece).

Model 994 Eterna Bass Trumpet
The Eterna Bb Bass Trumpet was originally made for performance in symphonic and operatic literature, but is a good substitute for valve trombone. It can also be used as a marching brass instrument. Its tone is mellow and lyrical.
